We will then provide this report to you and invite any comments you may have. If you decide you would like to proceed we will act on your comments where appropriate and provide you with a final report and draft contract. Upon agreement we will set up the park and arrange any advertisement we feel is necessary. All this comes at no cost to you the landowner. Once the car park is active we will take care of all the maintenance and day to day running of the site and keep you updated with monthly revenue spreadsheets and any information we feel you would like to know.
