| 1) The site is evaluated and the parking problems identified |
| 2) Signs are erected stating the rules for parking (an effective deterrent) |
| 3) One of our fully trained, uniformed parking enforcement teams patrols the site and identifies any vehicles that are illegally parked |
| 4) A parking charge notice is issued and vehicle information including digital images are sent back to the central parking database |
| 5) If the charge is not paid within the specified time the vehicle owners details are obtained through the D.V.L.A database and our in-house debt recovery team takes steps to recover the amount |
